W5 S1 2K12 (light)

I think I have the travel bug again. Keep continually thinking of a new adventure.

Yoga this morning, plough, back bridge, headstands and handstands

Tonight was:

Swings
- 3 x 20 each side with 32kg

Military Press
- 2 x 10 each side with 32kg
- 1 x 6 with 2 x 32kg

Pull ups to chest
- 3 x 10

Box jumps at 65cm
- 1 x 10
- 2 x 10 with 10kg vest
