W4 S5 2K12 (rest)

Yoga this morning.

Beats skills this afternoon.

One legged pull through.
- 3 x 20

Sit climbers
- 3 x 20

L-sit
- 3 x 10 with a 10 count on the last rep

Crow hop
- 3 x 20 - on the last set I held the 10th rep to the count of 10 :)

Tucked Planche
- 3 x 10 second hold

Scorpion push ups
- 2 x 20

Elbow lever
- 3 x 5 - a little improvement

Inverted press
- 2 x 20
