W4 S4 2K12 (rest)

Yoga in the morning, headstands, handstands etc and then a yoga class in the afternoon.

Power clean
- 3 x 10 with 40,50,60kg
Still keeping light on rest week to focus on technique.

Windmills
- 3 x 10 each side with 24kg

Dips
- 3 x 10
