W4 S2 2K12 (rest)

Yesterday was Yoga in the morning and then:

Clean and jerk
- 3 x 10 with 2 x 24kg

Military press (barbell)
- 3 x 10 with 40,45,45kg

Pull ups to chest
- 3 x 10

Handstand attempts
- 3 x 10
