W4 S1 2K12 (rest)

Yoga this morning with headstands which are improving slowly then beast skills tonight.

One legged pull through.
- 3 x 20

Sit climbers
- 3 x 20

L-sit
- 3 x 10 with a 10 count on the last rep

Crow hop
- 3 x 20

- 3 x 10 second hold

Scorpion push ups
- 2 x 20

Elbow lever
- 3 x 5
I was better yesterday.
