I think I have the travel bug again. Keep continually thinking of a new adventure.

Yoga this morning, plough, back bridge, headstands and handstands

Tonight was:

Swings
- 3 x 20 each side with 32kg

Military Press
- 2 x 10 each side with 32kg
- 1 x 6 with 2 x 32kg

Pull ups to chest
- 3 x 10

Box jumps at 65cm
- 1 x 10
- 2 x 10 with 10kg vest

Yoga this morning.

Beats skills this afternoon.

One legged pull through.
- 3 x 20

Sit climbers
- 3 x 20

L-sit
- 3 x 10 with a 10 count on the last rep

Crow hop
- 3 x 20 - on the last set I held the 10th rep to the count of 10 :)

Tucked Planche
- 3 x 10 second hold

Scorpion push ups
- 2 x 20

Elbow lever
- 3 x 5 - a little improvement

Inverted press
- 2 x 20

Power clean
- 3 x 10 with 40,50,60kg
Still keeping light on rest week to focus on technique.

Yoga this morning with headstands which are improving slowly then beast skills tonight.

One legged pull through.

W3 S4 2K12 (heavy)

Yoga yesterday morning and today. Lots of focus on hand stands. Head stands are too easy to warrant practicing anymore but hand stands are another matter. Making good progress though and holding it for a second or two. A few weeks and I will have it nailed.

Only did two sets today as my wrists are sore from all the beastskills training and TGUs really test the wrists.

Turkish get ups
- 1 x 5 each side with 32kg
- 1 x 4 each side with 40kg

Pull ups to chest
- 2 x 10

Dips
- 2 x 10

Elbow lever
- 5 attempts. Longest duration 8 seconds
